We are specialized for Operating Systems, such as Microsoft Windows, for PC’s and Server’s Solutions (MS Exchange, SQL, Active directory/domain, back-up’s, WMWare virtualization, Fire Walls, DNS, servers migrations, etc). Our offer range is larger than that, we also offer computer goods, photography and consumer electronics, CDs, DVDs, small appliances and other products you can find on our page.
Warranty repairs are performed by our Technical Support Service. Technical Support Service Stuff is a group of experts and they will always take a great care for your harmed product. Instructions “how to order”: you can find a quick and simple step-by-step guide below, about how to order products from our page www.anni.si .The buying process is pretty self-explanatory and predictable so if you have ever shopped online, you should not have problems submitting your order.
• go to the item's details page and click on the button "Dodaj v košarico" (Add to cart),
• on the splash down menu, click "Nadaljuj z nakupom" (continue),
• on the next screen you will see your shopping cart - click "Izberi način plačila" (Choose payment method),
• then you have to login. If you do not already have a user profile on www.anni.si you have to register first - enter your e-mail address and click on "Registriraj me" (Registrer me),
• enter your information: ime (Name), priimek (Surname), kontaktni telefon (Phone number), naslov (Address), poštna številka in kraj (Postal number and City), država (Country),
• you will receive an e-mail with a new password ("geslo"),
• enter your username (your e-mail address) and password into the login screen and you will go to the next step in the buying process "placilo" (payment),
• Select "Plačilna kartica" as method of payment (credit card). Select your "Tip kartice" (Card Type) and enter payment details (Številka kartice (card number), Veljavnost (expiry) and Varnostna koda (security code)) and proceed to the next step by clicking on "Izberi naslov za dostavo" (Select delivery method),
• on the next screen select a delivery method and continue,
• on the next screen click "Oddaj naročilo" (submit order).
Immediately after submitting your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail (in Slovene) that the order was successfully submitted.
